Relaunch of Our Lady of the
Most Blessed Sacrament Apostolate

Help Us to Restore Faith in the Real Presence of Jesus In the Holy Eucharist

Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Apostolate was founded 19 years ago, in the Year of  The Eucharist, as a small family apostolate.  The mission of the apostolate is to help bring about the Eucharistic Reign of Jesus in the hearts of people, homes, businesses, the Church, and the world.   The apostolate will strive to do this by helping people to understand and accept the Church's call to make the Eucharist the source, the love and the summit of their lives.  To achieve this we invoke the assistance of the Blessed Mother under the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament.  We seek her intercession along with St. Peter Julian Eymard, the Apostle of the Eucharist, to help people to come to know, believe, and love the Real Presence of our Lord Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.

Our apostolate will achieve this mission through three main activities:

  • Education on the Real Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, through sharing of Church teachings and the writings of the saints, particularly St. Peter Julian Eymard.

  • Helping to make known worldwide the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament and to grow understanding of the significance of this role of Mary for our times.

  • Promoting a simple, but very profound devotion called the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet, through which people can spiritually receive our Lord in the Eucharist, as often as they pray it.

Through this three pronged approach, we hope to be a mission critical ally of the Church in her efforts to bring her through the current crises of faith in the Eucharist and into a new era in which the laity are fully engaged in faith and support of the Eucharistic Reign of Jesus.

THE CHAPLET AND THE APOSTOLATE ORIGINS

The Blessed Sacrament Chaplet was created by the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament which was founded by, St. Peter Julian.   It was also St. Peter who gave our Blessed Mother the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament, which was officially approved during St. Peter’s canonization.   We came to find this chaplet, St. Peter Julian, and Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament through a significant act of Providence detailed in the Founding Story section of the website.  The Chaplet was created near the turn of the 20th century, but has been largely lost in the Church.  Like many things in Church history that are lost and found or take time to develop, we believe that this is the time for this beautiful devotion.   Please see the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet tab in our website for full details on the devotion.

For many years we ran this as a small local family apostolate through which we made and distributed Blessed Sacrament chaplets in our local community.  While we have touched hundreds and hundreds of lives over this time, it is time to do more.  For such a time as this, with the renewed Church-wide focus on restoring faith in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist and in preparation for the National Eucharistic congress being convoked, we believe it is time to relaunch this apostolate on a full-scale basis, and to bring the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet and Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament to the world.

We are going to launch this in a full professional manner, leveraging what is best in communications, technology, marketing and business management to create an organization capable of  reaching the masses to help restore faith in our Lord's Real Presence in the Eucharist, but also, to help people truly make the Eucharist, the source, the love and the summit of their lives and thereby bringing about the Eucharistic Reign of Jesus.

We are organized as a 501c3 and so all donations are tax deductible.

Help Use To Bring About
The Eucharist Reign of Jesus

We need your support to bring
the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet devotion to the people
and help them come to know Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament.
Through this powerful combination we will help people come to know, believe, and love the Real Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist
and renew, not only the Church, but the world.

Your money is needed to help us fund the following
:

  • Thanks to your support we were able to attend the National Eucharistic Congress.  The response was overwhelming and absolutely confirmed God's will to bring this apostolate and the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet to the world.  We need your help to continue to build our ability to promote and distribute the chaplet.
  • We have engaged a Catholic marketing firm to help build our website shop and support our initial social media marketing materials.
  • Once we have the basic marketing established we will need to fund ongoing digital marketing spend and participation at conferences.
  • Build and inventory of several thousand chaplets to support orders.
  • Through an introduction from the Military Archdiocese we have developed a partnership with the Catholic Military Apostolate (www.CMA-US.org) to begin to get the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet into the hands of our men and women serving in the armed forces to ensure they can remain connected to our Lord in the Eucharist wherever they are deployed in the world.   If you are a donor who would like to specifically support this on a larger scale, please email joe@olmbsa.org so we can collaborate.
  • Support part time staff and ongoing administration costs
  • Once we have greater exposure and recurring monthly marketing we will begin to generate revenue from chaplet and item sales that will materially support our ongoing expenses.
  • Until then, we need to continue fund all our expenses out of pocket.  While we have already raised over $30,000 in a short period, we estimate needing $100,000 to achieve everything we are planning for the next 12 months.

THANK YOU for your prayers and donations.
We will be praying for all of our donors and chaplet owners daily
to Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament and St. Peter Julian
