Our Lady of the
Most Blessed Sacrament Apostolate

Relaunch of Our Lady of the
Most Blessed Sacrament Apostolate
Help Us to Restore Faith in the Real Presence of Jesus In the Holy Eucharist
Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Apostolate was founded 20 years ago, in the Year of the Eucharist, as a small family apostolate. The mission of the apostolate is to help bring about the Eucharistic Reign of Jesus in the hearts of people, homes, apostolates, businesses, the Church, and the world. The apostolate will do this by practically and spiritually helping people to understand and accept the Church's call to make the Eucharist the source, the love, and the summit of their lives.
To achieve this beautiful mission, we invoke the assistance of the Blessed Mother under the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament. We seek her intercession along with St. Peter Julian Eymard, the Apostle of the Eucharist, to help people to come to know, love, and serve our Lord Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.
Our apostolate will achieve this mission through a four part strategy:
-
Creating and sharing practical and inspiring catechesis on the Real Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. We will leverage the official teachings of the Church and the writings of the saints, particularly St. Peter Julian Eymard and his library of Eucharistic writings.
-
Helping to promote devotion to Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Drawing form the Mariology of St. Peter Julian Eymard we will help Catholics grow in understanding that it is only through 'true devotion' to Mary that we can achieve 'true devotion' to Jesus in the Eucharist.
-
Promoting a simple, but very profound devotion called the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet, through which people can spiritually receive our Lord in the Eucharist, as often as they pray it, and develop the habit of integrating adoration of the Eucharist and mental prayer.
-
Creating an association for individuals and parishes to support and be supported in advancing the mission. Inspired by the writings of St. Peter Julian Eymard it will be called Miles Dei Eucharistia, which means, soldiers of our Eucharistic God.
Through this four part strategy, we hope to be a mission critical ally of the Church in her efforts to overcome the current crises of faith in the Eucharist and enter into a new era in which the laity personally make the Eucharist the source, the love and the summit of their lives.

THE CHAPLET AND THE APOSTOLATE ORIGINS
The Blessed Sacrament Chaplet was created by the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament which was founded by St. Peter Julian Eymard. It was also St. Peter who gave our Blessed Mother the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament, which was officially approved during St. Peter’s canonization. We came to find this chaplet, St. Peter Julian, and Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament through a significant act of Providence detailed in the Founding Story section of the About menu. The Chaplet was created near the turn of the 20th century, but has been largely been lost in the Church. Like many things in Church history that are lost and found, or take time to develop, we believe that for such a time as this the chaplet has been found again. Please see the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet in our About section of the website for full details on the devotion.

For many years we ran this as a small local family apostolate through which we made and distributed Blessed Sacrament chaplets in our local community. While we have touched thousands of lives over the last 20 years, it is time to do more. For such a time as this, with the renewed Church-wide focus on restoring faith in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist we have relaunched this apostolate on a full-scale basis help bring about the Eucharistic reign of Jesus.
While we are relaunching this in stages as providence provides, it is our intention to scale this in a professional manner, leveraging what is best in communications, technology, marketing and business management to create an organization capable of reaching the masses to help restore faith in our Lord's Real Presence in the Eucharist. We will help Catholics throughout the Church, to personally make the Eucharist the source, the love and the summit of their lives, and thereby bring about the Eucharistic Reign of Jesus.

We are organized as a 501c3 and so all donations are tax deductible.

Help Use To Bring About
The Eucharist Reign of Jesus
With your support we can truly help people to come to know, love, and serve our Eucharistic Lord. Your support will enable us to create and share both individual and parish wide programs and tools that will practically and spiritually help Catholics to personally make the Eucharist
the source, the love and the summit of their lives.
Your money is needed to help us fund the following:

-
Thanks to your support we were able to attend the National Eucharistic Congress. The response was overwhelming and absolutely confirmed God's will to relaunch this apostolate!
-
We need to engage a Catholic marketing firm to support social media, marketing of our online store, and the launch of a new association.
-
We are launching a new association, Miles Dei Eucharistia, soldiers of our Eucharistic God. This was inspired by St. Peter Julian Eymard who said that we all need to be soldiers of the God of the Eucharist. This association will have both an individual membership and a parish chapter program. The individual program will allow people to provide recurring support of our mission while being fed with all we have to offer. The parish chapter program will help parish leaders promote true devotion to the Eucharist and Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament among Catholics in the pews and for new catechumens.
-
Our spiritual tools will include the simple but profound Blessed Sacrament Chaplet. It will also include creating materials to help catechize Catholics on the beautiful devotion to Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament and St. Joseph as model of adorers. We will also leverage the full library of the writings of St. Peter Julian Eymard, to create ongoing catechesis on the Eucharist, the roles of Mary and Joseph, and our roles as adorers of the the Lord. There are no more powerful writings on the Eucharist than those of St. Peter Julian.
-
We need to continue building our inventory of chaplets and sources for them.
-
Through an introduction from the Military Archdiocese we have developed a partnership with the Catholic Military Apostolate (www.CMA-US.org) to begin to get the Blessed Sacrament Chaplet into the hands of our men and women serving in the armed forces to ensure they can remain connected to our Lord in the Eucharist wherever they are deployed in the world. If you are a donor who would like to specifically support this on a larger scale, please email joe@olmbsa.org so we can collaborate.
-
Support part time staff and ongoing administration costs
-
Support our shipping and fulfillment operations.
-
Support for conference and in person marketing.
-
Once we have greater exposure and recurring monthly marketing, we will begin to generate revenue from chaplet and item sales that will materially support our ongoing expenses, but it will take a good year to build this momentum.
-
Thank you to all those that have helped us raise $25,000 in a short period. We would not be here without your support! It has allowed us to achieve this wonderful relaunch. As we shared from the start, we will need additional funding to scale our strategy. Our current Champions campaign has a target of $100,000 to achieve everything we are planning for the next 12 months. Please become a Champion for our Eucharistic King and click below to donate today!
